This is a three star family run hotel. Vera was our host and made us feel most welcome. We had two adjoining rooms on the top floor 301 and 302 which gave a great view of the runway and would be ideal for any small groups like us travelling together. Her husband is Greek and they had a very nice Greek restaurant which was very popular with the locals and the meal and beer here was great.
The room proved invaluable in the morning as you could hear the first plane at 05.30 starting up. They had about 15 very early charter departures that would not come back in time so was important to see.Aircraft are a little distant to read off therefore SBS is required to identify everything. The room had free wifi and a longer stay would have got the OTT planes as well from here but other places beckoned. Vera made us a lovely breakfast and before long it was back to the Stuttgart viewing area
