Payment Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of booking request. Payment should be made by credit or debit card. Cancellations or modifications are subject to our cancellation policy. This email is not confirmation of payment. In the event of a declined transaction we will contact you for alternative payment before confirming the reservation.
Bookings made on our these discounted rates may be modified or cancelled without penalty until 4.00pm the day before arrival, and all monies paid will be refunded in full. In the event of non-arrival or late cancellation, no refunds will be given for the first night’s stay or day let and any additional services relating to the first night’s stay.
