Certain double rooms have runway and taxiway views enabling many movements to be seen. Southwest facing rooms are the ones required for the views. Ideally a room on the 4th floor is required, Executive Room Plus 402 and standard room 442 has confirmed views When Runway 04 is in use (the most common wind direction here) these rooms look over the approaches to both parallel runways. The above rooms also overlook the majority of the Finnair wide bodied stands as well as the Finnair maintenance area. The executive lounge ALSO offers good views, along with free snacks and drinks. |
