Complex
Is located on the southern airport perimeter. Certain rooms have views of the Runway 04R touchdown zone. The hotel is reported to have a very large pool complex and is ideal for families.

Spotting *** It is reported that the
ruynway 04R touchdown point can be seen from certain rooms. Ask
for an airport, or mountain facing room.
Photos ** No reports,
however the vicinity to the airport may well give opportunities
from the hotel grounds. Note, as this is also an Egyptian Air
Base it is recommended that you do not venture outside of the
hotel grounds to obtain photos from the perimeter.

The Sunrise Island Garden
Resort
Is located on the southern airport perimeter next door to the Hotel Concord Sports above.
Location *** Located on the
southern perimeter of the airport
Spotting *** No specific reports
from this hotel, however a complaint on trip advisor advises
that the aircraft flew so close you could almost see the people
sitting in the cockpit!
Photos ** No reports,
however the vicinity to the airport may well give opportunities
from the hotel grounds. Note, as this is also an Egyptian Air
Base it is recommended that you do not venture outside of the
hotel grounds to obtain photos from the perimeter.

Spotting ** Aircraft on departure
and arrival can be read off from under the wings. As a bonus the
hotel also allows access to the roof area. There is free
wireless internet at the hotel which help with the SBS populate.

Sharm Cliff Hotel, Nama Bay
Is located in the lively resort of Nama Bay which is under the approach/climb out from the airport
Location ** Located on about a
4 mile final/climb out from Sharm El Sheikh.
Spotting ** Ask for a room with a
pool view and you will see the action.
Photos ** No reports,
however with a telephoto lens shots should be possible from the
hotel complex if traffic is landing over the resort

Sonnesta Club, Nama Bay
Is located in the lively resort of Nama Bay which is under the approach/climb out from the airport. This hotel appears to be a favorite with spotters with various reports received about this acommodation.
Location ** Located on about a
4 mile final/climb out from Sharm El Sheikh.
Spotting *** All aircraft pass over
the pool area. If the aircraft have reg's under the wings they
can be read off with the naked eye. Otherwise a pair of
binoculars and SBS box should ensure that you identify
everything.
Photos ** No reports,
however with a telephoto lens shots should be possible from the
hotel complex if traffic is landing over the resort

It is reported that you are able to read off the aircraft reg's from under the wings as they cross the hotel.

the hotel is believed to be adjacent to the approach/climb out
from the airport.
Spotting ** Aircraft can be read off
from under the wings as they cross the hotel. Obviously an SBS
box would be a bonus!
